How is UNICEF helping children in India right now?

With support from donors like you, our teams are present on the ground including in remote and underserved areas helping with critical support to the most vulnerable children and their families.

Why does UNICEF need my help?

Is UNICEF a part of the Government?
No. UNICEF is a United Nations agency. In India, we collaborate with central government, state governments and various local partners to improve services and access to care at the grass root level for children. All of this is made possible through support from donors like you.

Will I receive updates on how my donation is used?
Yes. As a monthly donor, you will receive regular updates, impact stories and reports that show how your contribution is helping children.

Can I change or cancel my monthly donation later?
Yes. You can modify or cancel your donation at any time. Our donor support team will be happy to assist you.

What is the UNICEF Promise Ring?
The Promise Ring is a small token of appreciation for your monthly commitment to children with UNICEF. It represents the promise you’ve made to help build a better future for every child. After your donation is confirmed, the ring will be sent to you within 60 working days.
